    For old driveways that have deep cracks, we suggest using a water-based sealant.  It is earth-friendly and works efficiently.  Another suggestion would be to use a hot rubber crack sealant to ensure that the cracks get filled and you can have a smooth surface.  However, if the cracks are more than twenty-five percent of the surface, you might want to just resurface the whole driveway.  It will be more cost-effective in the long run.
