For new driveways with fewer cracks, we
suggest using Amguard®
oil-based sealant. It
simply sprays on and dries to jet black finish. It also extends the
life of the driveway by protecting the surface from chemicals like oil and
gas. Also, it improves strength and durability, and some even have a
low-odor formula.
For old driveways that have
deep cracks, we suggest using a water-based sealant. It is
earth-friendly and works efficiently. Another suggestion would be to
use a hot rubber crack sealant to ensure that the cracks get filled and you
can have a smooth surface. However, if the cracks are more than
twenty-five percent of the surface, you might want to just resurface the
whole driveway. It will be more cost-effective in the long run. |
