Everything about your Driveway.
Many things can cause cracks and damage to your driveway, such as weather, water
saturation, and other chemicals, such as salt, oil, gas, and grease. Even the sun and UV rays weaken the strength of the asphalt,
leading to cracks. Damage is inevitable so you must maintain your driveway. A suggestion would be to reseal your driveway
a year after it's been paved, and then every few years after that. It's important to clean off the driveway before sealing.
You should start by power-washing the surface to remove any dirt, oils, or any other residue. For new driveways with fewer cracks,
we suggest using an oil-based sealant. It simply sprays on and dries to jet black finish. It also extends the life of the
driveway by protecting the surface from chemicals like oil and gas. Also, it improves strength and durability, and some even
have a low-odor formula.
